By accessing or using Tutorflo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

2. Description of Service

Tutorflo is a lead generation service that connects tutors with students seeking tuition services. We collect, verify, and distribute student requirements to our subscribed tutors via Telegram.

3. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Razorpay account or by contacting support.
• When upgrading or changing plans, your current subscription is cancelled immediately and the new plan starts right away.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
• Refunds are available only under our specific refund policy conditions.

4. User Responsibilities

As a tutor subscriber, you agree to:

• Use leads only for legitimate tutoring purposes.
• Not share, resell, or redistribute leads to third parties.
• Not harass or spam students/parents who have submitted requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct in all communications.
• Not attempt to circumvent our verification or lead distribution systems.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing Telegram channel access with non-subscribers.
• Automated scraping or bulk downloading of lead information.
• Using leads for purposes other than tutoring services.
• Misrepresenting your qualifications or experience to students.
• Any form of harassment, spam, or fraudulent behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tutorflo provides leads on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or conversion of any lead. We are not responsible for any disputes between tutors and students, nor for any losses arising from use of our service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Telegram channel and all associated services will be revoked.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through our Telegram channel. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
